That can be uninstalled from Control Panel. It can be ignored from Update Settings too.

Upper left hand corner of the weather map after windows 10 goes away. Carroll Iowa. That's where I was born!

I use GWX Control Panel to prevent the malware of Win10 from infecting my computer.

It removes the hidden folders & files of the malware & prevents their re-installation.

It's freeware, I got it from Major Geeks. Highly recommended if you want to keep your Win7 setup (if you do nothing, you'll wake one morning and find you have Win10, whether you want it or not.)
